W Londynie urodził sie Rod Stewart - brytyjski wokalista i kompozytor. Syn Szkota i Angielki. Przez kilka miesięcy był piłkarzem w klubie Brentford. Zmuszony przez ojca do pracy był również przez kilka miesięcy grabarzem na jednym z londyńskich cmentarzy. Od roku 1969, kiedy został członkiem The Faces był członkiem takich grup jak Five Dimensions, Hoochie Coochie Men, Steampacket czy Jeff Beck Group. W tym samym czasie - od października 1964 - działał także solo.

Urodził się Slim Harpo, amerykański bluesman. Naprawdę nazywał James Moore. Jego największe przeboje to "Rainin' In My Heart" (1961) i "Baby Scratch My Back" (1966). Jest również autorem piosenki "I'm A King Bee" którą zamieścili na swoim albumie The Rolling Stones. Slim zmarł 31 stycznia 1970 roku.
